This is the Third activity, we are going do it as a team.
Contributions so, far for this activity is 15,500 INR. Thank you very much for all the contributors.

This activity is Planting of Trees from Kavuru Bus Stage(Main Road) to Till Prabha House Via Ramalayam. We got a thought of implementing in phases wise.
As part of first phase, We thought of going ahead with Main Road to Prabha House. This is most frequently used road by the people
Hope these trees will not create any problem for any of the public (Suggestions are welcome on this topic)
We will go ahead with 100 Trees. The estimated cost for this is approx. 20000 INR. We have not estimated exact cost for 100 trees,20000 is approximate amount
Kindly suggest type of trees, where we will get a cheap fencing.so,that we can complete this activity with minimal amount.
Please suggest, If any other activity is better than this, we will happily go ahead and do the better Activity as first priority.
Note: We need some volunteers, who can take up the responsibility of this activity till the completion

GopiKrishna Kandula: I believe Planting of Trees is the part of Village Panchayathy activity...We should ask panchayathy and make them to work...This is panchayathy duty.. If thy are not willing to do then we must fight and make our leaders to work by questioning and use our rights...we can do the activities those are not coming under panchayathy or the punchaythy funds are not sufficient...[Ex: arranging medicines, some equipment to our hospital or free drinking water... etc] This my personal opinion not hurt anybody..

Small Incident which i would like to share.

Recenlty i been to Kavur and around at 4 am i get down at On main road,Almost all lights are Emiting a Steady Bright lighting,at that time.I believe its a positive sign for development.The street lights facility is good.

We are happy to start up activities which will not come under panchayat.

I totally agree with Gopi, Uppalapati and above . First will ask panchayathi if they are not willing to do then will discuss and do accordingly but everything should be transparent why panchayathi is not willing to do is really that activity not under their premises..ect things will come to conclusion and will collect funds accordingly.

Naidu Ramu hi i checked with president he was telling not possible for this year doing this activity under Panchayathy because he did not recived any check powers

TirumalaRao Naidu Thank all for your responses. As per Naidu Ramu's discussion with Village President alteast for another 6 to 9 months President will not be able to do Trees plantation activity. What is our next step on this activity? Please suggest.

Please suggest the best activity to take it further. We are happy to welcome all ideas and implementing them,if they are useful for village and people.
We suggest, the activity cost must be in the range up to 40K Rupees(Max) and it will be easy for us to implementation and maintenance wise .
By seeing/analyzing the results from these small activities, we will go ahead with big activities(more than 50K).
The below activities are suggested by Sri Chowdary,I am just updating with comments from some of people thoughts.
1)Drinking water,we don't have proper drinking water facility. : What can we do for Drinking water? If,so What is cost we need to spend on this activity. Please suggest.
2)Bus Shelter at the Main Junction,If it rains, we don't have shelter to stay in. : People think there is already one at road,We can make use of it. If we need to do this activity we may need to spend more than one lakh rupees. Some one checked with president,this activity can be done with the help of government.
Please feel free to comment or suggest things, which will help for the better growth of the village and people.

Kishore Kumar Jonnalagadda I think planting trees might not come under panchayat works. Let us check the activities those will not come under panchayat and try to implement them.
Kishore Kumar Jonnalagadda Just to answer two problems raised by Uppalpati Srinu, 1) Drinking water which is already going well by our water plant I guess. Not sure if there are any troubles recently.
Kishore Kumar Jonnalagadda 2) Bus shelter: It is already there , but we have to ensure the sorroundings of existing shelter is good and keep the way to that clean and well which can be taken care by president.
TirumalaRao Naidu Dear All,
Sri Chaitanya Techno school is planning to donate 400 plants/trees for our village including Iron Fencing(Not Confirmed Yet).If they are going to donate by this month end,we will use the money contributed by us for maintenance work of those trees. We will confirm this soon.
Most of the people are suggesting planting must be done by this month end,so that by coming summer plants will grow.
If they are going to delay, as per our plan we will plant 100 trees with our contributions.
We will updating with the list of donors for this activity soon and share the bank account details.

Hi All,
As per the above comments Sri Chaitanya Techno school is donating the 400 plants/trees right..First need to confirm whether they are donating or not....If they are doing that why should we go for same activity..why con't we wait for some time..I did not understand why we are in a hurry to do this even somebody (Sri Chaitanya Techno school) is having the same plan..
If the school members are not willing to do or delaying for long time then we can discuss with them after we can go for our plan right...
This is just my opinion...Please share your suggestions..

If they(Sri Chaitanya) are going to donate trees,we will use the money contributed by us for maintenance work of those trees. Maintaining 400 trees, till they grow need a good amount of maintenance. (Apparently we are looking for good results,so maintance is compulsary)
The reason for hurry is If, we plant by this month end by Feb trees will grow to some extent where trees can withstand high temperatures as well.(Suggested by many people). If we can't do this by this month end, then we need to take this activitiy by next July
Plan2: If Sri Chaitanya is not going to donate the trees/plan,then we will go ahead with our initial plan and do the plantation.
